General

What time does the event start?
The Bash kicks off at 6PM.
What are the COVID safety protocols?
Our protocols are set forth by state and county officials. As we get closer to the event, we will be monitoring the current guidelines, and ensuring that we align with those. We will refresh this page as guidelines evolve. This event will be held predominantly outside. We ask that you do not attend if you or someone you know is sick or had contact with someone who has COVID.
What is the dress code?
Wine country casual attire.
Can I stay the night in wine country?
Yes! We suggest you consider staying in McMinnville. For more details, visit the Lodging page.

Donations

I am not able to attend BridgeTown Bash 2021. Can I still make a donation?

Can I make a donation while at BridgeTown Bash?
Yes, you can! We will have a paddle raise at the event just like in years past.
Can I make a donation before the event?
Yes. Click here to donate now.
Is my donation tax deductible?
Any amount contributed over the event ticket price will be considered a donation and is tax deductible.

Transportation

Will transportation to the Stoller Family Estate in Willamette Valley be provided?
Transportation will be provided from downtown McMinnville to accommodate guests who are staying overnight in hotels. The hotel shuttle schedule can be viewed on the Transportation page.
Can I drive myself?
Yes, you can. Stoller Family Estate has plenty of parking on-site.
What about Uber/Lyft?
Uber and Lyft both offer service from the greater Portland Area to Wine Country. But, neither offers on-demand return service. If you decide to use Uber or Lyft, we recommend you schedule your rides to and from the event in advance. Directions for scheduling for Uber are here.  Directions for Lyft, here.
