Building off of last years' success, BridgeTown Bash 2019 will continue our adventure in the Willamette Valley. Because of this, we understand you may have questions about the details.

I am not able to attend BridgeTown Bash 2019. How can I still make a donation to Vital Life?

We are sorry to hear you will not be joining us this year! You are still able to make a donation online here, or you can write a check made out to Vital Life, a Marquis and Consonus Foundation and send to

Why is concierge service included in the event this year?

As an exclusive event with only 350 tickets available we are working closely with each guest to ensure an amazing experience. This will include arranging transportation to and from the event, offering the opportunity to book a hotel room in the surrounding area, and ensuring that the registration process at the event is swift as can be.

Will transportation to the Stoller Family Estate in Willamette Valley be provided?

Yes! But unlike last year, it is not required, it is highly encouraged though due to the limited parking and the non-present options in ride service hailing.

We have ‘park and ride’ locations strategically located in McMinnville and the Willamette Valley. In addition, if you choose to stay the night in a hotel, we have arranged several room blocks that we will provide transportation to and from as well.

We will reach out to you to insure we know what your travel plans are.

Where can I catch a ride to the event?

What if I need to arrive late or leave the event early?

No problem! Our concierge service will be working with each guest directly and will arrange transportation to and from the event. When leaving the event, we have shuttles for on demand return as well as set departure times.

Lodging – can I stay the night in wine country?

Yes! We’ve reserved blocks of rooms in multiple hotel locations in Wine Country. When we contact you to provide concierge service we will provide a list of hotel locations available.

Can I drive myself?

Yes, but we do not encourage it. We will make sure you get to the event in style! Whether you are coming from a ‘Park and Ride’ location that we have arranged or from one of the Hotel location we have secured blocks of rooms with, we will provide transportation to and from those locations for you.

What about Uber/Lyft?

Uber and Lyft from the greater Portland Area would be accessible, however requesting an Uber or Lyft from Wine County to return to the Portland area would be unavailable. Contact us for your transportation needs: concierge@vitallifefoundation.org

I would prefer to pay for my ticket/sponsorship package or make a donation by check. How can I do that?

Can I make a donation while at BridgeTown Bash?

Yes, you can! We will have a paddle raise at the event just like in years past.

Can I make a donation before the event?

What is the dress code?

Wine country casual attire.

Is my donation tax deductible?

Any amount contributed over the ticket price will be considered a donation and are tax deductible.
